The moon charm comes on a delicate sterling silver chain (please select desired length in variants).   It is reversible - and you can wear it with just the moon showing or with the side with the moth.  I like to use these moon necklaces as a grounding necklace and track the moon phases by turning it back and forth, depending on whether the moon is full or a new moon.
